If you know what I mean…
Being sick of this cement land we decided to hop on to our bicycles and make the 14 km journey home!
But this is what we were faced with!
Finally going around the fence, we got to see what was the most happening place in sector 24…
But the holy land has been partitioned!
And finally we were home!
And one floor up,
No… you don’t get an inside view even in this blogpost…
Right next to it, the room which Mr. Guha shared with Mr. Infamous…
Another floor up… island looks beautiful from this vantage point but no football happening there anymore…
Next door neighbours, Block 30, and our neighbours beyond the boys mess… Block 23!
As we walked to the common mess, we realised how the junior batches will never know the concept of boys mess…
The common mess…
However, we did find some evidence of there being chicks…
Soon the mystery of the gate was solved too…
There can be some not too Gandhian memories too...
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, THERE IS NOW A MECHANISM TO SUPPLY HOT WATER IN THE OLD HOSTELS BUT NONE IN THE ONES AT KOBA!!!
Regardless of what’s being served for snacks, no-one goes hungry in sector 24…
Though I didn’t partake, delights beyond dabeli are also still available in sector 24…
Sigh… Just blogging about it is making me miss life in sector 24 again…
